Can you design only one logo?
Designing just a logo is not enough to create a strong brand identity. That’s why we offer different branding packages that provide your company with the tools to start off on the right foot.
Can you print the stationery for us?
We design and create all kinds of stationery materials which we deliver digitally. We adapt your designs to the required sizes so you can print them with the provider of your choice.
How is the delivery of projects?
All files are delivered digitally through a shared drive folder for quick and efficient access.
How is the form of payment?
We split projects into two payments: 50% upfront before starting and the remaining 50% upon completion.
If I already have a website, can you help me improve it?
If we’re working on a rebranding, we recommend creating a new web design aligned with the new brand identity. However, we can also analyze your current website and make recommendations based on your specific case.
If I require support in graphic design materials, can you help me?
Absolutely! We work with all kinds of graphic design materials such as flyers, presentations, brochures, banners, corporate decks, and more.
Does social media management include photo sessions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of sessions based on the amount of content.
Does web design include a photo session?
No, photo sessions are not included. However, we offer separate photography and video packages if additional content is required.
How much involvement do you require from me or my team?
We handle everything: strategy, content creation, and execution. Your role is to provide insights, approvals, and feedback during key stages, allowing you to focus on your business while we take care of your brand presence.

Will I need to provide content, or do you handle everything?
We handle the full process: strategy, ideation, photography, video production, copywriting, and publishing. If you already have content, we can integrate it, but most clients prefer us to manage everything for consistency and impact.
What happens if I want to adjust services?
We understand businesses evolve. Our packages are flexible, you can scale up, or shift focus depending on campaigns, seasonality, or new priorities. We’ll help you make changes without losing momentum.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers, checks, and direct deposits.
How do billing cycles work for monthly packages?
Monthly packages are billed on the same date each month from the start of your contract. For example, if you start on the 10th, your next invoice will also be due on the 10th of the following month.
